By ordering any WholeSupps products, our clients understand that they are requesting a freshly manufactured & securely sealed product at the cost of the product plus a minimum of $9.95 postage & handling per shipment billed to the invoice of the purchaser.

As a recipient of the WholeSupps family member special offers, our clients also understand that they receiving freshly manufactured & securely sealed products at the discounted cost of the product plus a minimum of $9.95 postage & handling per shipment billed to the invoice of the purchaser. 

All products have a shelf life of 2 years and carry an expiration date where required. Please allow up to 7 to 10 working days for delivery (subject to Stock availability).

Product Returns Tab

Any product returns MUST be in original condition and packaging and are done so at customer’s expense. Once your parcel has been received, you will receive a credit or refund within 30 days, less $9.95 administration charges & excluding any postage and handling charges. If you wish to return your product please email our customer service team. info@wholesupps.com.au. Returned products to be sent to our postal address listed on the contact page of the WholeSupps website

Please Note:

1. We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”

2. To ensure an exchange is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your original receipt or invoice and a stamped self-addressed envelope. Our dispatch department will not accept any packages marked return to sender or COD.

Any product exchange due to customer error while ordering is done so at the customers expense. The customer must return the product to us in original condition. A postage fee of $9.95 is applicable to the sending of the correct product.

To improve your experience as a WholeSupps family member deal recipient, we may send out message notifications, newsletters and site announcements. You can select to opt-out of receiving communications (except direct emails from administration, system communications, or communications required for account purposes).

When you become a member of the WholeSupps family, you will automatically be registered to receive promotional offers and updates, via e-mail from WholeSupps.

At any time, members may choose not to receive promotional e-mails from WholeSupps, or partners of WholeSupps by following the “unsubscribe” instructions in the applicable e-mail. Wholesupps prides itself on its exceptional customer service and by that we mean great online delivery service!  Our delivery service and charges are definitely some of the best in the business!

We promise is superfast service at the lowest rates. Everything you need to know about your online supplement delivery is below:

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I MAKE AN ORDER ON THE WHOLESUPPS WEBSITE?

You'll receive an initial confirmation email when your order has been submitted. Once your payment clears and dispatch information is available, we'll email you an order tracking number.

WHEN WILL MY PRODUCTS ARRIVE?

Most customers receive their products in 1-2 business days!

As long as:

  • You order before 3pm (AEST) Monday - Friday
  • You use a payment method with instant clearance, like Paypal Instant Payment or credit card
  • Your parcel is less than 5kg in cubic weight. (Some bulky goods will not apply)
  • You are not in a remote location

Please note parcels going via Australia Post (NT, PO Box, Defence Addresses) and bulky parcels going to WA may take longer than 1-3 business days.

If your order weighs more than 5kg or is bulky. Heavy or bulky orders are sent by road. You can use your order tracking number to get an estimate of delivery times to your address by road freight. If you have used an alternate payment method: Direct debit, Paypal and other payment methods may take some time to clear.

To get your products in time for tomorrow's gym session, use Paypal or a credit card. By entering custom delivery instruction on checkout you are taking all responsibly for loss or damage of your order. Wholesupps will not be liable for any loss that may occur.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST TO MY ADDRESS?

Delivery anywhere in Australia, for any size order, is a flat rate of $9.95. Unless otherwise specified for certain products or specified in an offer that waives any shipping fees.

In most cases, if your order is over $99.00, then you have the option of Free Delivery!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER COMES?

Our couriers do not require a signature to leave a parcel, we recommended that you provide your work address for delivery if you won't be home during business hours. Please ensure you read our terms and conditions before ordering.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

We will ship your order with one of three courier services. We choose your courier based on which company will get your order to you the fastest!

Damaged or Incorrect Item Report Form

DO YOU OFFER POSTAGE INSURANCE?

Postage insurance offered by Wholesupps covers you for lost or damaged items in transit. If you item is lost or damaged in transit to your listed shipping address we will replace and resend your order as soon as possible. We will require confirmation from the shipping company in question of the status of the order before a replacement will be sent. This is to confirm that your order is not just delayed.

What postage insurance covers:

Lost In Transit:

If you order has not arrived on time and has been confirmed lost by our shipping company then we will replace your order and resend it.

Damaged:

If your order arrives damaged, either by the shipping company or anything related to transit. All we will require is a picture of the damaged item in question and we will replace and resend your order.

Limits Of Insurance:

Only 1 claim per shipping address or customer per year. We reserve the right to cancel or deny your insurance claim at anytime if we feel there was negligence in your (the customer) part or we believe the claim may be fraudulent in anyway.

How to Lodge an Insurance Claim:

All you need to do is email sales@wholesupps.com.au or call us on 1300 809 717 and report the lost or damaged item to our customers service representives. We will then investigate the claim and be in-contact with you in the next 24 hours with a resolution.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do ship internationally, however shipping rates will apply and may vary depending on the postal address in each circumstance.
